Forge Suite
The proprietary platform stack behind how we build tailored AI and automation solutions.
The Forge Suite is developed and owned by InnoWeb. It is the connected delivery stack we use to understand workflow, shape automation, and build the solution that best fits a client's business, from one controlled workflow to wider operational deployment. It is designed to help established organisations move from legacy operating models into the new world of AI without losing accountability, control, or human leadership.
Built around the modern workplace
We begin with the way people already work: handoffs, approvals, data, tools, exceptions, and daily pressure points. The Forge Suite gives us a structured way to turn that workflow understanding into practical automation and software without forcing the business into a generic product.
Scales in controlled stages
Adoption can start with one process, one team, or one automation path, then expand as the business gains confidence. The same stack can support small, medium, and large operating environments because rollout is staged around the client's risk, budget, and operational readiness.
Human control at the centre
Automation is designed with human review, approval, override paths, and visible checkpoints. Critical actions do not move into live operation without the right person in the loop and accountable oversight in place.
Intelligence layer
NeuralForge shapes the bespoke brain around sector-specific context and workflow reality.
This layer fine-tunes and configures intelligence so the final solution responds to the actual language, logic, and operational needs of the business.
Build layer
Forge Coder builds the software, interface, and workflow layer around that bespoke intelligence.
This layer turns the shaped intelligence and workflow design into usable software, interface flows, and system structure for the client environment.
Governance layer
ForgeOps runs, monitors, and governs the live operational layer once the tailored solution is deployed.
This layer handles rollout, orchestration, oversight, approvals, and ongoing control so the finished system performs safely in day-to-day operation.
Shape the intelligence layer.
Intelligence layer
Who it serves: Businesses needing sector-specific intelligence shaped around their own workflow context
What it is: NeuralForge is the bespoke intelligence layer we use to shape, fine-tune, and configure AI capability for the specific operational environment we are solving for.
Role in the stack: NeuralForge is the intelligence layer we often start with when a solution needs a bespoke brain. It shapes how the wider system understands context, responds to domain-specific inputs, and supports operational decisions.

Build layer
Who it serves: Businesses needing tailored system build, interface design, and workflow software around the shaped intelligence layer
What it is: Forge Coder is the build layer we use to turn the intelligence and workflow design into software, interfaces, user journeys, and operational tooling.
Role in the stack: Forge Coder is the systems layer inside the Forge Suite. It builds the client-facing and workflow-facing parts of the solution around the intelligence we have shaped and the operational model we have designed.

Operations and governance layer
Who it serves: Operations leaders, directors, COOs, and teams needing oversight, rollout, and control of deployed systems
What it is: ForgeOps is the operational layer we use to run, monitor, govern, and help deploy the finished system in a controlled way.
Role in the stack: ForgeOps is the operational layer inside the Forge Suite. It brings together deployment, monitoring, approvals, and runtime control so the finished solution can function safely and effectively in the client's environment.

Robotics and autonomy layer
Who it serves: Operations teams building robotic autonomy, physical automation, and digital twins with controlled AI behavior
What it is: Forge Robotics Lab is the robotics systems layer that turns shaped intelligence into simulation-backed autonomous and semi-autonomous robotic workflows.
Role in the stack: Forge Robotics Lab extends NeuralForge intelligence into the robotic domain. It works with ForgeOps governance so automation in physical environments stays validated, monitored, and human-led.
