Privacy policy
This policy explains how InnoWeb Ventures Limited collects and uses personal information when you visit our website, contact us or authorise a connection to one of our tools.

We use information to respond to you, provide requested services and keep our systems working securely. We do not sell your personal information. You can contact us about your information or privacy rights at any time.
1. Who we are and how to contact us
InnoWeb Ventures Limited is a UK company providing software development, AI development support and workflow consulting. We are the controller of personal information collected for our website and business enquiries.
For a privacy question, an access or deletion request, or a complaint, use our contact form and write “Privacy request” in your message. Please provide enough information for us to identify the relevant records. We may ask for reasonable verification before releasing or changing personal information.
This policy covers innowebventures.com and business communications, including authorised LinkedIn integrations we operate. Individual applications or client projects may have additional privacy information or contractual terms. Where we process data on a client's instructions, the client determines the purposes of that processing.
2. Information we collect
- Information you provide: your name, email address, optional telephone number and company, the details of your enquiry, and information you include in later correspondence.
- Technical information: our hosting and contact services may record IP addresses, browser information, referring pages, the page you submitted from, submission times and delivery status for operation, security and troubleshooting.
- Information from authorised connections: where you choose to connect an account, the account identifiers, profile information and content made available by the provider within the permissions you approve.
You can browse the public website without submitting an enquiry. Name, email and a description of your enquiry are required to use the contact form; telephone number and company are optional. You are not legally required to provide these details, but we may be unable to respond without appropriate contact information.
Please avoid including sensitive personal information, passwords, payment details or confidential information about other people in a general website enquiry.
3. How and why we use information
- To answer enquiries and discuss services: our legitimate interests in communicating with people who contact us and running our business. Where you ask us to take steps towards a contract with you, or we provide a contracted service to you, we rely on the applicable contractual basis.
- To operate and protect the website: our legitimate interests in secure hosting, preventing misuse, keeping delivery records and resolving technical problems.
- To operate an account connection you request: providing the requested service under the applicable contract, or consent where consent is the appropriate basis for the activity.
- To meet legal requirements: compliance with applicable legal obligations, including necessary business records and responding to lawful requests.
Submitting an enquiry does not automatically subscribe you to marketing. Where consent is required for a separate activity, we ask for it and you can withdraw it.
The website enquiry process does not make decisions based solely on automated processing that have legal or similarly significant effects on you.
4. LinkedIn and other connected services
If you authorise an InnoWeb or Forge tool to connect to LinkedIn, we use the information and permissions LinkedIn makes available to perform the actions you request, such as preparing, scheduling or publishing your content and managing the connection.
Depending on the permissions you approve, this may include your member or organisation identifier, basic account details, content you supply, publication status and access tokens needed to maintain the authorised connection. We do not receive your LinkedIn password. We do not use connected-account information for unrelated advertising or sell it.
Content you authorise for publication may become public or visible to the audience selected on the platform. LinkedIn also processes information under its own privacy policy.
You can revoke a connection through the provider's connected-app settings and request deletion of information we hold through our contact form. Revocation stops future authorised access; it does not automatically remove content already published on the platform.
5. Storage and sharing
Website enquiries are delivered to our team by email and may also be recorded in Microsoft Azure Table Storage, with technical information and delivery status. Microsoft Azure supplies our website hosting and server-side contact services.
Information may be handled by service providers supporting hosting, storage, email delivery, communications and connected-platform functionality. We share information needed for their role and use appropriate contractual protections. Access within our business is limited to people who need it for the relevant purpose.
We may also disclose information to professional advisers, or where required by law or necessary to establish, exercise or defend legal claims. We do not sell personal information.
6. International processing
Cloud, email and connected-platform providers may process information outside the UK. Where a restricted international transfer is required, we use an applicable UK adequacy arrangement or appropriate contractual safeguards, such as the UK International Data Transfer Agreement or UK Addendum, as relevant. Contact us for information about the safeguards applicable to your data.
7. How long we keep information
We keep information only for as long as needed for its purpose. We determine retention by considering whether an enquiry or service is ongoing, the need for reasonable follow-up, contractual and legal record-keeping requirements, and any outstanding dispute or security issue.
Technical and delivery records are retained for the operational, security or troubleshooting period needed. Connected-account information is retained while needed for the authorised service; after disconnection or a valid deletion request, information no longer needed is removed, subject to any necessary legal retention. Public posts remain subject to the platform's own retention and deletion controls.
You can ask us about the retention of a particular record or request its deletion using our contact form.
8. Cookies, local storage and links
The main marketing website does not currently include advertising pixels or third-party analytics tracking. Hosting, security features or applications you open may use necessary cookies or browser storage for their functionality.
The website includes links and previews of applications. Those applications and external websites may handle information under their own policies and settings. If we introduce non-essential cookies or tracking that requires consent, we will provide appropriate information and controls before using them.
You can manage cookies in your browser. Blocking necessary storage may affect features in connected applications.
9. Keeping information secure
We use reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect personal information, including encrypted website connections, access controls and service-provider security features. No online service can guarantee absolute security. Please contact us promptly if you believe information has been exposed or misused.
10. Your privacy rights
Depending on the circumstances and applicable law, you may have the right to request access, correction, deletion, restriction of processing or a portable copy of your information.
Your right to object: you can object to processing based on legitimate interests, on grounds relating to your situation, and to use of your information for direct marketing at any time.
Where processing relies on consent, you can withdraw it at any time without affecting the lawfulness of earlier processing. To exercise your rights, use our contact form. We respond within the applicable legal deadlines and explain where an exemption or legal retention requirement applies.
You can complain to the UK's Information Commissioner's Office (ICO) at ico.org.uk/make-a-complaint. You do not have to contact us before raising a complaint with the ICO, although we welcome the chance to resolve a concern.
11. Children
Our business website and services are intended for adults and organisations. We do not intentionally collect personal information from children through this website. Contact us if you believe a child has provided information that should be removed.
12. Changes to this policy
We update this page when our services or information-handling practices change. The date above identifies the latest version. Where required, we will provide additional notice of a material change or seek fresh consent.
